‘Taking your team with you’ is topic at Chamber breakfast

For any business to achieve accelerated/sustained growth it is essential that their employees are fully engaged and motivated in the roles they perform and that those roles are aligned with a clear vision.

This is the responsibility of the business leader and senior management team and requires inspirational leadership that sets a clear example of how the business acts and behaves in all aspects of its operation.

That’s the message from Steve Medd of The Winning (formula)®, who will be giving a talk entitled Creating Outstanding Human Performance That Drives Accelerated Growth at next month’s Swindon Chamber of Commerce business breakfast.

Steve’s presentation will focus on the key areas of vision, culture and values, employee engagement and barriers to growth. These must all be addressed by business leaders/owners if they are to create both a high-performing workforce and stakeholders that are actively contributing to the business’s success.

The informal discussion will take place over breakfast, giving Chamber members and representatives from other local organisations the opportunity to discuss such issues in a relaxed and professional environment.
