Swindon site manager named as best in the country for quality

The site manager at a new housing development at Wichelstowe, Swindon, has won a top national award for the quality of homes he’s building at Orchards Rise.

Clyde Cocking from Barratt David Wilson Homes South West has won the National House Building Council’s (NHBC) prestigious Pride in the Job Award, marking them down as among the very best in the country.

This is the 19th year in a row that site managers from Barratt David Wilson Homes have won more of these awards than any other housebuilder.

“This achievement underlines just how important the housebuilder sees building high quality homes and its long-term commitment to being the best in the industry,” said a spokesperson.
