Law firm helps develops comprehensive care home registration pack

Law firm Royds Withy King has helped develop a care home registration pack alongside longstanding software partner Quality Compliance Systems.

The pack which will be free to download, includes all the necessary tools required to make successfully registering a new Care Quality Commission-regulated social care organisation straightforward and stress free.

Royds Withy King has worked with Quality Compliance Systems for over a decade, supporting organisations in the care sector, including social care operators, dentists, pharmacists, and GPs.

Mat Whittingham of Quality Compliance Systems said: “We’re delighted to be working with Royds Withy King, a law firm with extensive experience of the health and social care sector.

“We strongly believe that the partnership will bring a new dimension to how we help our outstanding people deliver outstanding care, by bringing both legal and compliance best practice together.”

Hazel Phillips, corporate partner at Royds Withy King, said, “It is, and will be, a very challenging time for the care sector.

“We believe, however, that the new partnership with Quality Compliance Systems will prove extremely beneficial to many of our clients.

“We’re looking forward to working with Quality Compliance Systems on this new registration pack, which, from a legal and compliance perspective, will help anyone looking to set up and register a social care company.”
