RWK Goodman marks record revenue of £66.93 million
Bath-based law firm RWK Goodman has reported record revenue in its latest set of financial results, having achieved more than 26 per cent growth across the last two financial years.
The firm achieved overall revenue of £66.93 million in the 2024/25 financial year following a year of strong continued growth across its three practice divisions and seven offices in the M4 corridor from London to Bristol.
Locally, the firm has offices in Bristol, Bath, Swindon, and Marlborough.
An increase of more than 32 per cent from the previous financial year, which was shortened to 11 months, the results highlight the firm’s positive progress against its ambitious strategy to break the £100 million mark by 2030.
Managing partner of RWK Goodman, Paul Daniels, said: “This strong set of financial results is a testament to the dedication and exceptional talent of our ever-growing team, and I’m proud to be able to share our progress against our wider strategy of sustainable growth and ambition.
“Our continued commitment to our people and our culture are key to these results, but my thanks must also go to our clients and the network of people and organisations we collaborate with for their unwavering support during this exciting period for the firm.
“It’s through them we have seen such strong growth as a firm over the last decade – growing more than 200 per cent since 2015 – and I’m positive we can maintain that ambition in the coming years to solidify ourselves as a leading national law firm.”
All three of the firm’s practice divisions – commercial, private, and injury – saw growth across the board, while the firm’s sector focus in commercial continued to expand, with the firm’s Health & Social Care team reporting a 34% year-on-year increase in revenue.
RWK Goodman employs more than 620 people, with the firm growing its overall workforce by 7.5 per cent over the last financial year. The expansion was particularly centred around the firm’s Bristol office, which opened in March 2024 and has seen the recruitment of six partners since September 2024.
Further expansion was achieved following the appointment of a team of six, including two partners, to the firm’s compensation protection unit and the absorption of Swindon injury firm SJ Edney & Co in August 2024. As part of the firm’s wider growth strategy, it will continue to identify similar opportunities in the market.
The financial year results for the year ending 31 March 2025 were the last full set under outgoing manager partner Graham Street after serving 15 years in the role, with Paul Daniels stepping into the position in July 2025.
