Mini Clubman reaches end of road with Final Edition
Mini has announced the launch of the Final Edition of its popular Mini Clubman, suggesting that the model may have reached the end of the road as the brand concentrates on futuristic shapes for its electric platforms.
The Clubman – with its iconic split rear doors – was launched in 1969, and reimagined by BMW in 2007, and so the Clubman Final Edition is being produced in 1,969 units… with just 100 bound for the UK.
Powered by a Cooper S two-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine with Mini’s TwinPower Turbo Technology, delivering 176bhp.
It will be available in just three colours – black, white, and silver – with Final Edition lettering and 1 of 1969 badges smattered around the body and interior.
18 inch Final Edition Spoke 2-tone alloy wheels, leather sports seats, leather steering wheel, an 8.8” touch display, parking cameras, and Harmon Kardon Surround Sound are all part of the offering.
The Clubman Final Edition is priced at £37,000 OTR.
