Pandemic won’t stop Wiltshire firm helping buyers into new homes

The coronavirus pandemic has not stopped housing developer Hills helping people move into their dream homes.

With sales offices and showhomes closed, Hills staff – many of whom are working remotely – are in close contact with external estate agents and conveyancers to complete committed sales.

Recent sales include three private and three affordable home completions at the High Penn Park development in Calne, a private home completion at Centenary Close in Hilperton and another private home completion at the Whitelands development in Tetbury.

In addition, the firm hopes to enable other buyers to complete on the purchase of their properties at Calne, Hilperton, Tetbury and at the Southside Farm development in Corston over the next few weeks.
