Construction consultancy opens new base in Bristol

Construction, real estate and infrastructure consultancy Drees & Sommer UK has opened a permanent office in Bristol to reinforce its presence in the South West and respond to a growing investment and development pipeline.

The new office operates in partnership with flexible workspace provider Runway East.

Located in the heart of Queen Square, the space provides a permanent base for the firm’s growing Bristol team and creates a collaborative hub from which to support clients.

The move marks a significant milestone in the firm’s long-term commitment to Bristol and the wider region.

Bristol and the South West represent one of the UK’s most dynamic and economically diverse regional powerhouses.

The area combines deep heritage in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and defence with rapidly growing strengths in battery technology, life sciences, digital and clean technology sectors.
