Talk will focus on how to grow a business

Businesses looking to expand will be in the spotlight at a talk due to be delivered in Swindon this month.

Richard Mathews, group finance director at management consultancy RFS, will be presenting on April 28, at the weekly breakfast meeting of networking group Business Village.

The talk will cover early stages in business; the three Ps – process, premises and people; and the end game.

“It will be a whistle-stop tour of the life cycle of a business, from inception to exit, looking at some of the positives and negatives along the way,” said Richard. “I hope it will useful not just to those starting out in business, or in the early stages, but to firms that are further along the development path.”

The event will include breakfast and the opportunity to network. Business Village meets each Thursday for breakfast and networking at The Campanile Hotel, on the Delta Business Park, Swindon, from 7.30 to 9am.

The group charges no membership fee, just £10 per visit, and all are welcome. To book, visit www.businessvillage.org
