Safety award for house builder
A provider of shared-ownership homes has won a health and safety award for the second year running from the UK’s largest construction safety group.
Chippenham-based GreenSquare Homes was a winner at the Building Safety Group’s fifth annual Health and Safety Awards, scooping the prize for Member of the Year – Central and South.
Entrants were asked to demonstrate that they had a framework in place to improve safety and health performance during all stages of a construction project including; planning, design and post construction.

GreenSquare Homes is the in-house development arm of GreenSquare Group. Profits from selling new homes are used to support growth to ensure the Group’s ability to build more affordable homes for a range of customers across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. The group now owns and manages 12,000 properties across the region.
