Green theme to Swindon networking breakfast
There’s a green theme to the next Swindon Chamber of Commerce networking breakfast on Friday, May 9.
Improving business performance, growing profits and getting better results by being greener are the key themes for the spring breakfast.
Sharing the platform will be Christopher Hughes-Rees, managing director of Mezaro Energy Ltd, and Neil Daniells, of Envrio-Waste.
A review of the global and UK green energy scene will be presented, including an update on the climate change challenge and green energy targets; green energy mix; political issues; and a sector focus on offshore wind and its particular challenges, being one of the key green technologies.
The event will be held at the Marriott Hotel, Pipers Way, Swindon from 7.30am until 9.30am. Attendance costs £21.60 for members, and £33.60 for non-members.
