Innovative growth programme for Wiltshire SMEs returns
A fully-funded business growth programme from Wiltshire Council and delivery partner BIC Innovation is returning for a second year.
The Growth Collective is a new initiative designed to help SMEs overcome growth challenges and achieve sustainable success by embracing new ideas and tools to look at how they can grow their business in an innovative way.
From strategy and customer insights to financial planning, the Growth Collective encourages creative problem-solving and strategic thinking through hands-on workshops, expert guidance, and peer networking.
Session 1, Your Business and Its Environment (September 25), will help SMEs to identify the environment they are operating in, helping leaders to refine their value proposition, exploring what ‘value for money’ means to customers, and how to communicate it effectively.
Session 2, Modelling Growth Options (October 9), will focus on comparing growth strategies through the lenses of capital, capacity, and competency. Business owners will learn how to identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, and how to scale up with confidence.
Session 3, Your Customers, Your Business (October 22), will uncover the insights business owners need to effectively identify, acquire, and retain your ideal customers.
Sessions 1 and 2 will be held at Greenways Business Park, Chippenham with a venue to be confirmed for Session 3.
