Industry leaders who have successfully navigated obstacles like rising costs and cautious consumer sentiment will be sharing their growth tactics at a free Fit for Growth panel event in Chippenham early next month.

At Growth Reimagined: A Panel on Thriving Through Change will help business owners to make the right choices today to determine success tomorrow.

By focusing on productivity, cash flow, innovation, and efficiency, delegates are offered the chance to build a resilient foundation for long-term growth.

The session will cover:

  • Actionable strategies to boost productivity and reduce costs
  • Real-world success stories from experienced business leaders
  • Practical tools to navigate inflation and rising operational costs

There will also be opportunities to network.

Keynote speakers include Richard Dixon of Calne manufacturer Dycotec, business finance specialist Eugene Vichare of Alicabank, Louis Smith of Old Mill Accountants, Laura Arlott of Swindon & Wiltshire Growth Hub, and event host Hilary Centeleghe of Wiltshire Fit For Growth.

Fit for Growth is delivered by BIC Innovation and funded by UK Government and Wiltshire Council.
