Weight loss jabs firm takes new offices in Chippenham
Weight loss services supplier CheqUp has moved into the recently-refurbished Turnpike House in Chippenham.
The fast-growing company focuses on providing advanced weight loss programmes using breakthrough medication, and is one of only a handful of companies approved to provide digitally enabled weight services to the NHS.
CheqUp has taken the ground floor at Turnpike House, a modern, two storey office building at Methuen Park. The firm was previously based at Bewley House in Chippenham.
The park is already home to Europe’s largest IT supplier, Bechtle, fleet management company Holman, Regus Wincanton, and BT.
Will Grant of development manager Summerfield Commercial said: “CheqUp are growing at an astonishing rate and we are pleased to be able to provide them with a first-class office environment from which to continue their trajectory.”
James Hunt, of CheqUp, said: “As a business that in six months has become Royal Mail’s biggest customer in Chippenham, the location and facilities are perfect for us.
“Securing this space is another step on our growth journey.”
With the ground floor now let, we are offering the fully refurbished first floor office suite (4,113 sq ft) to rent, available for immediate occupation.”
Huw Thomas of Loveday UK and James Gregory of Alder King acted as joint agents on behalf of Summerfield Commercial on the transaction.
