Trowbridge leisure park sold for £11 million
A leisure park in the centre of Trowbridge, which includes a hotel, cinema, and restaurants has been sold for £11.37 million.
Real estate asset and investment management firm Catella APAM sold St Stephen’s Place Leisure Park on behalf of Nexus Properties Ltd, the former owners of the Castle Place shopping centre, which was sold earlier this year.
The 84,000 sq ft complex includes an 80-bed Premier Inn hotel and a seven-screen Odeon cinema, along with restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Catella APAM has managed St Stephen’s Place since 2016.
“We are thrilled to have facilitated this transaction on behalf of our clients,” said Max Bingham of Catella APAM.
“St Stephen’s Place has been a significant asset in our portfolio, and we are proud of the work we’ve done to maintain its status as a top leisure destination. We are confident that the new ownership will continue to build on this success.”
