Serviced office provider HPH PLUS celebrates first anniversary

Serviced office provider HPH PLUS has celebrated its first anniversary. The initiative was launched just over a year ago with its first property at 23 Gay Street in Bath city centre.

There are advanced heating controls, sensoractivated programmable lighting, sound insulation and remote energy monitoring. The building is connected with super-fast fibre and, unusually, an additional, second connection with automatic failover to ensure resilience.

By focusing on value and performance in addition to ensuring high service levels delivered by its inhouse local property management team, HPH PLUS have successfully created workspaces that people are happy to leave home for.
