Property management firm Brockhurst celebrates first anniversary with new web presence

Property management firm Brockhurst has celebrated its first anniversary with a new web presence.

The firm was founded in 2023, but far from being the new kid on the proverbial block, director Stephen Brickell has two decades of experience in the South West’s commercial property market.

The seeds of the new business were sown when the Wiltshire company Stephen was working for was acquired by a larger rival.

“After working in commercial property for nearly 20 years I found myself in a corporate real estate environment,” he said.

Yearning the personal relationships of being in a smaller firm, Stephen set up Brockhurst Property Management, a niche commercial property management company where all of its existing business comes exclusively from personal recommendation.

“Having quietly set up offices in Corsham a year ago I have been very fortunate to have been followed by many clients who sought me out and have engaged our services to manage their properties and we now have a thriving business as a result,” said Stephen.

“We take pride in knowing our clients personally, so we are able to focus on building long relationships and providing an absolute first class service across the commercial property spectrum.

“Our principal activity is property management and we handle all activities which follow on which include rent reviews and lease renewals, marketing of vacant properties, service charge budgeting and administration and asset management.”

Brockhurst manages everything from single shops, industrial units and offices to large multi let industrial estates, and distribution warehouses.

its core area of business is Wiltshire & Swindon, Gloucestershire, and the M4 corridor into London, but the firm has also been instructed on properties as far afield as Somerset, Oxfordshire, Shropshire, and Kent.
