Rob Hingston, managing director of Origin Workspace, said: “Having been here since the very start, it’s quite amazing to think we have now been open for five years.
“It has been incredible to watch this space transform from a shabby looking 70’s office building, into one of the leading co-working spaces in the region.”
“But the greatest pleasure I have had over that time is watching all the entrepreneurs, start-ups, scale-ups, and freelancers that have come through those doors and grown to become incredibly successful.
“We have had one-person operations join us that have now turned into businesses with over 20 or 30 members of staff, and seeing those success stories happen within the space is the greatest achievement.
Heather Frankham, founder of Origin Workspace, said: “To see the growth of this community and the amazing success stories that have come out of this space is so incredibly inspiring.
“Business leaders from all walks of life, across almost sector ever passed through these doors and have all helped to create the Origin success story.
“This space was designed specifically to allow businesses to start, grow and scale with us, and to look back now after five years I would like to say that we have succeeded in doing that.”
Set across 42,000 sq. ft, Origin Workspace has a gym, studio, sound-proof phone booths, an onsite quiet room, and a roof terrace with panoramic views of the city.
