Kwik Fit fitters secure new unit at Helix Trade Park

Car servicing and repair company Kwik Fit is the latest national operator to come to Helix Trade Park, a new development at Solstice Park in Amesbury.

Kwik Fit joins a variety of trade counter operators including Toolstation, Easy Bathrooms, and Motor Parts Direct.

The latest deal leaves only two of the 11 units remaining at the trade park – which was was completed by Developer RO Real Estate in August last year – which are 3,420 sq. ft. and 3,415 sq. ft. in size but can also be combined to form 6,835 sq. ft. in total.

The units are of steel frame construction and each unit has a seven metre eaves height, 37.SkN/m2 of floor capacity, reserved parking bays with electric vehicle charging points, and optional mezzanine floors.

“This scheme has been highly sought after, which is testament to the quality of the location and of the development. We are now in the process of identifying the remaining high quality tenants to complement the existing line up.”

Developer RO Real Estate, which owns Helix Trade Park, also owns the site next door which can accommodate self-contained units of between 20,000 – 80,000 sq. ft.

Solstice Park is home to a number of national brands including: Home Bargains, Storage King, Howdens, Screwfix, Muller Wiseman, KFC, McDonalds, Co-op, Greggs, Costa Coffee, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Holiday Inn, Toby Carvery, and Harvester.
