Medical group Teoxane expands

Medical group Teoxane has expanded into new premises, in a deal brokered by commercial property agent Kilpatrick & Co.

Geneva-based Teoxane produces injectable anti-ageing solutions designed to treat wrinkles.

Its UK wholesaler is based at Shrivenham Hundred Business Park, and the firm has recently relocated to larger premises on the business park.

The 4,748 sq ft two-storey unit has a warehouse with offices, with parking for 15 vehicles.

“The letting shows that there is still demand for buildings offering a flexible mix of uses for production, workshop, storage and administration, especially where they have a good parking allocation, as this property does,” said Andrew Kilpatrick of Kilpatrick & Co.
