Carter Jonas appointed joint agent for Hawke Ridge business park

Property consultancy Carter Jonas has been appointed as joint agent on Hawke Ridge Business Park.

The Park, which is currently under construction, is a £50 million, 35-acre development by Bath based developer, HPH Ltd.

Once complete, Hawke Ridge will offer circa 500,000 sq ft of multi-use space, including office, industrial and distribution facilities.

Located near to the established West Wilts, North acre Park and Brook Lane trading estates, infrastructure works on a new roundabout, to access Hawke Ridge Business Park, are well underway and will be completed by June 2016.

Detailed planning applications for circa 70,000 sq. ft are to be submitted shortly.
