Talk will lift lid on property investment

A talk to Swindon networking group Business Village will focus on how to make money from property investment.

Danny Matthews, a mortgage and protection adviser with Total Mortgage Network, will deliver the talk at the group’s weekly Thursday meeting on June 4.

Danny said: “There have been a lot of changes with property, mortgages and pensions over the last year. Despite these changes I still believe that property is the best investment people can make today. The housing market is the best it has ever been and the Bank of England’s base rate is 1.5 percent below the lowest rates in history.”
