Chippenham Business Awards 2020 finalists announced
Chippenham BID has released the names of high-flying businesses that have won a place in the finals of the Chippenham Business of the Year Awards.
Chippenham Business Awards is the biggest B2B event in Chippenham, giving businesses within a five-mile radius of the town the opportunity to receive recognition for the hard work they put into making their company successful.
It also offers networking opportunities for those who attend the awards ceremony, helping to build relationships with future clients, suppliers and partners in the local area.
The judging took place on January 7 at The Angel Hotel, Chippenham with the judging panel made from the sponsors. The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, February 13 at Neeld Community and Arts Centre.
Chippenham BID Manager, Kathryn Crosweller, said, “This year’s judging was once again very challenging, with several incredibly worthy winners across the board. The Chippenham Business Awards reflects the hugely varied range of business in Chippenham, both in size and industry, and gives companies some fantastic opportunities to grow their business. We are looking forward to an evening to celebrate their achievements.”
Janice Timberlake, chief people & infrastructure officer at headline sponsor Alliance Pharmaceuticals Ltd. said, “It was so encouraging to read about all the brilliant businesses in Chippenham who had entered the Chippenham Business Awards and their passion for the local area.
“The judging was challenging but I feel that the judges have chosen a strong selection of finalists and we can’t wait for the winners to be announced on February 13.
“Alliance Pharmaceuticals Ltd. are passionate about business in Chippenham and so it is fantastic to be sponsoring these awards, having won Best Place to Work and Chippenham Business of the Year in 2019, giving us the opportunity to celebrate the successes and achievements of others in 2020.”
