Business Expo will celebrate 800 years of Magna Carta
A two-day business expo in Wiltshire this summer will mark the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta – as well as celebrating everything Great about commerce in the county.
The 2015 Business Expo will be held at on Friday and Saturday, July 24 and 25 at the Trowbridge Civic Centre, alongside the Magna Carta 800 Charter Fair, with celebrates the town’s position as one of the 25 baronial towns involved in the signing of the Great Charter.
The event promises to showcase the best of Wiltshire business, while giving members of the local business community the chance to collaborate and network.
David Baker, chairman of Trowbridge Town Team, said: “The Trowbridge Chamber has run a number of these all-day Expos in the past and have proved to be one of the most popular events in the business calendar.
“This year we expect a great turnout, with significant visitors expected over the Magna Carta celebration weekend. What better way to showcase local business and what they have to offer?”
