Business leaders help Bank of England understand local economic climate

Senior managers from some of Wiltshire’s biggest businesses met with the Bank of England last week, to provide feedback on local economic conditions, and how the state of the economy is effecting their businesses.

The meeting was held at the headquarters of Knorr Bremse in Melksham, and attended by representatives from Siemens, Cooper Tires, Atkins Global, MJChurch, Milsted Langdon, Doree Bonner International, Anthony Best Dynamics Plc, Rotaval, Whitehall Garden Centre, Edmont, WHKemp and Kavanagh’s.

The Bank of England was represented by its deputy agent for the South West, Geoff Harding, and the meeting was facilitated by Inspire by Wessex Chambers.
