Importance of Leadership is topic at Swindon business breakfast

The Importance of Leadership will be the topic of conversation at the next Swindon Chamber of Commerce networking breakfast.

Guest speaker Tony Botterill, managing partner of Leading Lights Ltd, will be telling networkers how to avoid the common mistakes that companies make when promoting or hiring a new leader.

He will also be discussing how to effectively prepare and manage critical leadership transitions.

Delegates will:

• Increase awareness of how to reduce the risk of failure
