Beard Construction confirmed as headline partner of the Wiltshire 3 Peak Challenge
Beard Construction has been confirmed as the headline sponsor of the Wiltshire 3 Peak Challenge, which takes place in June in aid of the Youth Adventure Trust.
The charity – which enjoys significant support from the local business community – uses outdoor adventure to empower young people in Swindon and Wiltshire to fulfil their potential and lead positive lives in the future.
The challenge, which will be held on Saturday, June 8, will see participants run, jog, or walk a 10km or half-marathon route which takes in
Martinsell Hill, Milk Hill and Tan Hill in the Pewsey Vale.
Corporate partnerships manager Philippa Cox said: “2023 was our pilot year for the Wiltshire 3 Peaks Challenge, we were blown away by the commitment and enthusiasm of the 100 amazing people who undertook the challenge.
“They raised valuable funds to support our young people to access long-term support and outdoor adventure and they had a great time whilst doing so.
“In 2024 we want to double the impact and we already have 100 people signed up to take part.
“With your help, more vulnerable young people will be supported through life-changing outdoor adventures to build confidence and resilience.”
