Wiltshire IT firm makes two senior appointments
IT services and solutions company Mintivo has made two senior level appointments as it sets its sights on an ambitious growth target.
The company has appointed Steve Casey as finance and operations director and Graham Ford as head of customer experience.
Managing director Alex Jukes said the recruitments are part of a three-year growth strategy designed to drive the eight-year-old company’s continued expansion and strengthen its market position.
Last year saw the Chippenham firm, which specialises in managed IT support, consultancy, cyber security and automation, achieve 40 per cent growth for the second successive year and is predicting it will grow by at least another 25 per cent this year.
“We’ve known that we need to invest in senior people for a little while now and off the back of last year’s excellent performance we have taken the decision to go ahead because we want to make sure we have the structure in place to support our growth,” said Alex.
“We’re lucky to have found Graham and Steve at the same time, because they’ve both got a lot of experience. They have worked in companies that were in a similar position as us today, but importantly they helped take them to where we want to be, they know what that journey looks like.
“They’re perfect for us, because they have scaled companies and understand what needs to be done.”
Steve was formerly CFO at security firm Veritas and was most recently portfolio CFO at the CFO Centre UK.
“Having worked with Mintivo as a client previously, I’ve seen first-hand the impact of their innovative solutions and the integrity with which they operate,” he said.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the team and it’s a privilege to contribute to a company whose values I already believe in. I look forward to helping drive forward its vision and growth journey, bringing my insights and experience to support the next exciting chapter.”
Graham was most recently head of service delivery at IT consultant MindCraft. He said: “I am delighted to join Mintivo at such a pivotal moment in its growth. The team has established a strong and successful foundation, and I look forward to engaging directly with our customers and the internal teams to further enhance those relationships.
“I’m keen to apply the experience I’ve gained from previous MSP roles to support continuous improvement and deliver meaningful, measurable value.”
