Four trainees stay on at law firm as qualified solicitors
Four newly-qualified solicitors will be progressing their careers with Wiltshire law firm Wansbroughs after completing their training contracts with the practice.
Sara Webb, Beth Williams, Sam Morris and Marcus Saunders have spent two years working across departments at the Devizes-based firm, putting into practise the skills they learned while studying law.
Sara Webb will be joining the residential property team assisting clients with all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Her recent experience includes a sale and purchase involving the porting of an equity release mortgage and release of further funds.
She also dealt with purchasing a listed property ensuring all relevant permissions were obtained.
Beth Williams joins the private client team advising on a wide range of matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and estate planning.
She is also able to assist with trust matters including personal injury trusts.
Her recent experience includes assisting the executors of a complex estate which included property abroad and assisting trustees of a personal injury settlement.
Sam Morris joins the commercial property team, assisting clients on all aspects of their commercial property legal requirements.
His recent experience includes negotiating wayleave agreements and assisting landlords and tenants on lease extensions and renewals.
And Marcus Saunders joins the commercial team, advising on contract disputes; company/partnership disputes and residential possession claims.
Recently his experience includes representing a landlord and obtaining an order for possession and payment of substantial rent arrears and assisting clients in contract disputes.
