Law firm Wansbroughs has confirmed the promotion of three of its solicitors. Commercial lawyer Josh Taylor becomes a partner while his departmental colleague Emma Jewell and family lawyer Matthew Roberts both become associate solicitors.

Josh joined the Devizes-based firm as a trainee solicitor in 2013. His practice includes property disputes such as landlord and tenant issues, restrictive covenant breaches, and property ownership disputes.

He also advises on contract disputes, professional negligence claims and debt recovery.

Emma joined Wansbroughs in 2018. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate and employment matters.

Emma has gained considerable experience in drafting, advising and negotiating commercial contracts for the provision of goods and services. She is also experienced with employment contracts, staff handbooks and settlement agreements.

Matthew also joined Wansbroughs in 2018. He has a particular interest in dealing with the financial aspects following divorce and complex child arrangement disputes.

He is also experienced in advising and obtaining settlements involving complex asset structures such as trusts, business assets and significant pension benefits.
