Resolution Design expands with launch of PR department

Devizes-based digital marketing agency Resolution Design has extended its range of services with the hire of communications manager Emma Hart.

Offering traditional and digital PR and Communications services that include press relations, content creation and social media management, the new PR division will join branding, website design, application development and a full range of digital marketing services that make up Resolution Design’s portfolio.

Emma has worked with large organisations including John Lewis and Laura Ashley, as well as smaller boutique communication firms.

She will work with clients in a range of sectors including homes, interiors, hospitality and leisure, and is currently working with Axford Interiors to increase brand awareness and raise its profile with its targeted customers.

Managing director Richard Jaggs Resolution said: “We are growing as a business and in 2022 our turnover increased by 16 per cent with a reasonable profit margin.

“We specialise in supporting start-ups and growing SMEs, and it seems a natural step for us to venture into PR and communications.

“There is a healthy demand from our clients who want to have the full marketing package integrated with one agency.

Emma said: “I am delighted to be joining the team and heading up the PR division. Not only am I determined to achieve results for our clients, but also to highlight the skills and talents from Resolution Design.
