New hires at Swindon’s GEL Studios
Purpose-led creative agency GEL Studios has welcomed three new team members and announced an internal promotion as it continues to accelerate its ambitious five-year growth plan.
The B-Corp Certified agency is known for building long-term partnerships with SMEs, combining strategic thinking with creative execution to deliver measurable success.
GEL studios’ in-house team specialises in elevating brand identities, designing pixel-perfect visuals, building user-focused websites, and developing marketing strategies that drive sustained results.
Dani Wilkinson, joining as senior creative, brings nearly a decade of experience to the team. Dani’s career has spanned a diverse range of creative projects, from website and app design to social media graphics, campaigns, and print media, showcasing her ability to deliver inspiring and impactful digital design solutions.
Robbie Climance has been appointed as marketing executive, bringing strong experience in social media management and paid social advertising.
With a particular focus on social media strategy and Meta Ads, Robbie combines hands-on expertise with creative thinking to deliver fresh and impactful campaigns.
Having started his career as a digital marketing apprentice, over the past five years he has built a wide-ranging skill set underpinned by a genuine passion for helping clients grow.
Mariah Roberts joins GEL Studios as a website developer, further expanding the agency’s digital expertise into high-quality, bespoke WordPress development.
Detail-oriented and proactive, Mariah thrives on moments that challenge developers to think differently using code in imaginative ways to elevate websites.
The agency is also celebrating the internal promotion of Elisha Elliott, who has stepped into the role of senior creative.
Having been with GEL Studios for seven years, Elisha has grown from a post-university graduate into a senior position within the team.
Her role has been strategically created to provide a dedicated creative resource for GEL Studios’ extensive portfolio of good cause, non-profit, community, and charity design projects.
In September, GEL studios introduced an employee ownership scheme, allocating 30 per cent of the agency to both current and future team members.
Founder Graeme Leighfield said: “We’re proud to have built a fully in-house team. We don’t outsource or rely on freelancers, something I’m deeply passionate about, and which is rare in our industry.
“Over the past decade, we’ve brought together an ambitious group of specialists who are genuinely committed to helping clients achieve their goals.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Dani, Mariah and Robbie to the team, and want to thank Elisha for her continued dedication. I’m confident they’ll make a significant contribution to the success of our clients, both now and in the future.”
