New face joins Systemagic team

Emily Basford has joined Wiltshire IT specialist Systemagic Ltd as an IT technician.

Emily, who is 23, joined the company on June 1, having previously managed the IT system, maintained a helpdesk and provided onsite support for customers within a travel company.

In her new role with Systemagic, she will be looking after the company helpdesk and providing a central point of contact for engineers.

“I’m thrilled to be working with this wonderful company,” said Emily. “When I came for the interview and met the team, I knew instantly this was the place to be and I was so happy to be offered the job.”

Outside of work, Emily is a keen musician and loves local history.
