Growing accountancy firm appoints new partner

A new partner has joined the team at Swindon-based accountancy firm MHA Monahans.

Fiona Westwood joins the independent chartered accountancy firm from Smith & Williamson, where she was a partner.

Fiona has extensive accountancy experience specialising in advising and providing audit services to SMEs and charities.

She has gained experience from working with a wide variety of clients at a Big 4 and a top 10 firm, including successful entrepreneurial businesses in the property, professional practices and charities sectors.

“It’s an exciting time to be joining the growing, forward-thinking firm,” said Fiona.

“I was compelled to join MHA Monahans as my personal values are very important to me and MHA Monahans’ values align well with my own reflecting the approach to our clients, ensuring they receive pro-active support and advice.

Managing partner Simon Tombs said: “We are excited to welcome Fiona to MHA Monahans.

“Fiona has a wealth of experience and truly understands the intricacies of SME’s and Not-for-Profit organisations, which will allow her to navigate our clients seamlessly through their finances.”

Fiona will be based at the firm’s Taunton and Glastonbury offices.
