Interaction expands team as demand for sustainable workplaces grows
Bath-based workplace design and build company Interaction has grown its award-winning team with more than ten new appointments, following a series of major project wins with landlords, flex space operators and law firms.
The hires strengthen Interaction’s ability to deliver large-scale, sustainable office fit-outs at speed – including recent projects for FOUNDRY, xandwhy and CEG – and builds on the company’s reputation for creating inspiring workplaces.
Carl Gough has joined the firm as project development manager. Carl joins Interaction after 10 years in the industry and he has a wealth of knowledge of the design and build process. He was previously managing director of workplace design and furniture specialists Cargo.
Dale Robson, who has many years’ on-site experience, most recently as divisional manager of Resolution Interiors, has joined as pre-construction manager.
Olly Watts and Finlay Taber join as business development executives, tasked with building new client relationships.
Five new graduate designers – Alicia Corbett, Charlotte Cooper, Edward Zachariah, Hannah Landau and Jayden Nyein – join through Interaction’s Graduate Academy, alongside Client Care Designer Sarah Pickard and Project Administrators Carys Fox and Gabriel Moore.
Interaction has also welcomed Nicholas Neate as IT and systems technician.
The new appointments bring Interaction’s total headcount to 60 employees.
Interaction has also announced several promotions including Nathan Harris to creative lead; Bronagh Rogers to pre-con account manager; Riordan Sailes to pre-con manager; and Charlie Moss to head of flex – cementing Interaction’s position in the flex space market.
CEO Dieter Wood said: “We’re delighted to welcome such a strong group of new colleagues. Their expertise and energy will help us deliver Perfection at Pace for our clients – creating sustainable, human-centric workplaces that reflect the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
“With renewed demand for high-quality, flexible and ESG-compliant offices, our expanded team ensures we can continue to deliver outstanding results across the UK.”
