Former Lawyer of the Year joins Rothley Law as partner
A former Bristol Lawyer of the Year has joined Rothley Law as a partner.
Heledd Wyn, who specialises in private client services and long-term care, has joined the recently-opened Bristol office of the Leicester-headquartered firm.
With extensive experience in future planning, private wealth, and Court of Protection matters, Heledd provides expert guidance on wills, powers of attorney, long-term care, and asset protection for both individuals and business owners.
She also advises on inheritance tax planning and trusts and is well-regarded for her expertise in long-term and elderly care issues.
In 2021 Heledd was named Lawyer of the Year by the Bristol Law Society. She has also been shortlisted for two additional accolades: the STEP Trusted Adviser Award and the Today’s Wills & Probate Industry Champion Award.
In addition to her professional work, Heledd is a trustee of Gympanzees, the charity dedicated to providing inclusive play, exercise, and social opportunities for children and young people with disabilities.
Heledd was previously a partner with Bristol law firm GL Law, which was acquired by national firm Shakespeare Martineau in 2022.
Rothley Law has eight offices across the UK. Its Bristol office is at Aztec West.
