Foot Anstey appoints new director of responsible business

Bristol law firm Foot Anstey has appointed Bola Gibson to direct and advance the firm’s sustainability and responsible business initiatives.

The appointment follows the announcement of the firm’s four-year growth strategy set out in May 2023 where Responsible Business is a core strategic priority.

The firm says the hire demonstrates its commitment to making meaningful change with a focus on clients, their people, the environment, and local communities.

Bola boasts an impressive track record of leading corporate social responsibility, inclusion, and sustainability at Osborne Clarke for the last three years following time at TSB Bank and Lloyds Banking Group.

She has crafted and implemented strategies that ignite organisational transformation, fuel employee engagement, and deliver successful business results.
