Corrigan expands team amid strong growth across the South West

Independent accountancy practice Corrigan, which specialises in advising growing businesses across Bristol and the South West, has strengthened its team with several new hires.

The firm has expanded with nine new members of staff, including Hannah Larsen, who joins as senior private client tax manager, bolstering the firm’s private client team.

The key appointment marks the latest step in Bristol-based Corrigan’s growth strategy as the firm continues to expand its services across the region.

“We are delighted to welcome Hannah to the team who will further enhance the bespoke tax solutions we offer to our clients,” says partner and founder, Ed Corrigan.

“Hannah’s extensive experience will be a huge asset to our firm as we continue to expand our private client services, supporting a wide range of personal clients and business owners.

“Her expertise in personal tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and families will be a great asset to the firm.”

Hannah is chair of the Bristol Branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and Association of Taxation Technicians and is also involved in the provision of bespoke Family Office services.

Corrigan has also introduced four new trainees – audit trainees Sophie Jones and Max Wakefield, new business service trainees Natalie Griffin and Sam Phillips – along with audit assistant manager Raj Kumar, tax senior Ayanfe Akoni, business services manager Cathy Nech and audit assistant manager Olivia Adams.

“We are always on the lookout for talented people who want to be part of our journey to become the leading independent practice in Bristol,” said Corrigan tax partner Pete Edwards.

“Training our graduates has been a vital part of our growth since the practice was set up 15 years ago.”
