Development director returns to Savills Bristol after eight years
Development expert Chris Birakos has returned to Savills in Bristol after an eight year absence.
Chris has been appointed as a director within Savills development team.
He originally joined the firm in 2010 and was a member of the development team for more than seven years, during which time he was promoted to associate director.
Since 2017, Chris has worked client-side for South West developer, Rengen Developments, and most recently, as head of land for leading retirement developer, Churchill Living Ltd.
On his new role, Chris said: “I am delighted to return to Savills. The development team here in Bristol is market-leading in every aspect, and involved in some of the most significant developments in and around the city.
“Moreover, the working environment is second to none, and being a collegiate, cross-disciplinary business allows us to amplify our expertise to provide a best-in-class service to our clients.”
Ben Taylor, head of the Savills development team in Bristol, said: “It is a great pleasure to welcome Chris back into the fold.
“His strong knowledge of the Bristol market, coupled with the breadth of development expertise he brings to the table, makes him an excellent fit within our busy and successful team.”
Chris’ focus will be on both immediate and greenfield and strategic land development across Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire.
