Alison named Wiltshire’s top commercial property dealmaker
Alison Williams, a recently-promoted associate in Alder King’s Swindon office, has been recognised as Wiltshire’s top commercial property dealmaker by Estates Gazette, one of the property industry’s most prestigious publications.
Alison joins Tom Dugay in the firm’s Bristol office and John Hawkins in Gloucester who both won Estates Gazette’s Dealmaker awards for their regions earlier this year.
Alison won the Wiltshire Dealmaker award for completing the highest number of deals across the county over the past year. She said: “It’s particularly pleasing that in spite of the challenging market conditions, we achieved a high success rate in securing deals on behalf of our clients. It’s all about tenacity and keeping a dialogue going with people.”
