Malmesbury-based Wentworth Puzzles have teamed up with English Heritage to piece together the nation’s history – producing a range of jigsaws featuring historic buildings and monuments in the charity’s care.
The collection features Stonehenge in Wiltshire and to Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s retreat on the Isle of Wight, Audley End House and Gardens in Essex, Tintagel Castle in Cornwall, and Wrest Park in Bedfordshire.
The puzzles are available as 40- 250- and 500-piece sets with all but Tintagel available in 1,000 pieces. The sets feature Wentworth’s signature novelty shapes – from the silhouettes of Victoria and Albert at Osborne House to a sword at Stonehenge and a crown at Tintagel – which legend holds is the site of King Arthur’s Camelot.
The sets are hand-designed and laser-cut from sustainable wood.
The collection will be available to purchase online at www.wentworthpuzzles.com from Thursday, February 10.
