Swindon HR companies The HR Dept and Frankly HR have joined forces to provide a low cost HR service to small and medium sized businesses based in and around the Swindon area.
The HR Dept Swindon helps local businesses access the levels of expertise and practical support usually reserved for large organisations with in-house HR professionals.
The new partnership will mean that Frankly HR clients will be able to take advantage of The HR Dept Swindon’s HR Advice Line service. For a low cost monthly fee, companies will have unlimited telephone and email support backed up with employment tribunal insurance providing peace of mind.
Amanda Franks, director of Frankly Recruitment and Frankly HR said: “Frankly HR have always offered onsite support to small and medium sized businesses, but we recognised sometimes just a phone call to confirm you are doing the right thing, clarify process or just ask advice is invaluable.
“The HR Dept offer the same standard of service and commitment that Frankly HR are known for and seem the obvious choice to partner with us.”

The HR Dept Swindon is part of a national network with 47 offices across the UK each run by vastly experienced HR professionals.
The HR Dept offers its clients an employment law advice line, insures them against tribunal costs and ensures its services are affordable to smaller businesses.
Frankly HR will continue to offer free HR Health checks and provide onsite support in partnership with The HR Dept Swindon. Frankly Recruitment will also offer reduced recruitment fees to both Frankly HR and HR Dept clients.
