Royds Withy King changes its name to RWK Goodman

Following completion of the merger with London-based Goodman Derrick LLP on 1 May, South West and Thames Valley law firm Royds Withy King LLP has rebranded as RWK Goodman LLP.

The merged firm, which comprises over 350 specialist lawyers across its’s Business, Personal and Injury practices, will continue to trade from current offices across the South West, Thames Valley, and from Carter Lane in London.

Graham Street, Royds Withy King’s managing partner, said: “The completion of this merger is a significant step forward for both firms. It strengthens our position as a Top 100 UK practice, enhancing and extending the breadth and depth of expertise and specialist services available to clients, as well as providing significant opportunities for further growth and development for our people.”

Graham Street will continue as the firm’s managing partner, with Goodman Derrick’s senior partner Edward Hoare and chief operating officer Mark Jones joining the firm’s executive committee.

RWK Goodman has offices in Bath, London, Oxford, Swindon, Bristol, Marlborough, and Thame.
