AllSaints joins Cribbs’ fashion line up
British fashion retailer AllSaints is the latest leading brand to open at Cribbs Mall near Bristol, signing a lease to occupy a 1,719 sq ft unit.
AllSaints joins Cribbs Mall’s fashion offering which includes Boss, Superdry, H&M, JD, River Island, Carvela, Kurt Geiger, and Mango, alongside new arrival Animal.
The new AllSaints store will stock its wide array of men’s and women’s clothing including leather jackets, denim, coats, and jackets, alongside knitwear and accessories.
Founded in 1994, AllSaints draws its inspiration from London’s alternative culture and underground music scene. The brand emphasises individuality and authenticity in its design attracting a youthful, style-conscious demographic aged 18-35.
Cribbs’ diverse mix of fashion brands has ensured footfall and sales at the centre continues to rise. Across the past quarter footfall increased by 10 per cent while sales rose eight per cent, surpassing industry benchmarks.
Iain Minto, senior director, asset management at Sovereign Centros by CBRE, said: “The arrival of AllSaints and the recent letting to Animal demonstrates the demand we are seeing from fashion brands keen to tap into the young demographic of shoppers we see at Cribbs.
“With a diverse mix of brands Cribbs is the home of fashion across the region and we see shoppers come from far and wide to explore our brands.
“Alongside welcoming new fashion brands to our line-up, we have been delighted to see existing brands like Superdrug, M&S, H&M, and River Island invest in their spaces as they continue to enhance the customer experience.
“This investment highlights the confidence they have in Cribbs and allows us to maintain our place as one of the UK’s leading retail destinations.”
