Rein or shine, equestrian centre can depend on backing from motor dealer
Swindon and Cirencester car dealership CCR Mitsubishi Group have renewed their sponsorship of an expanding North Wiltshire equestrian centre.
Following the success of the Mitsubishi 2016 Summer Show Jumping League at Braydon-based Rein & Shine, the UK’s largest Mitsubishi Group will continue its support with the Mitsubishi Winter Show Jumping Series.
The series starts on October 22 and finishes with a Championship Show on February 18, 2017.
The Centre holds lessons for over 600 riders of all levels every month as well as hosting regular competitions which includes the Mitsubishi Series.
Owner John McDonald, who runs the centre with wife Jo, said: ““We’re overwhelmed to receive this continual sponsorship and to be associated with Mitsubishi.
“It’s so rewarding to have our hard-work and success recognised by such a well-known and respected brand. Mitsubishi is already well-established in the equine world, especially via their link with the largest, most prestigious event in the equine calendar, Badminton Horse Trials.
“We have already developed a great relationship with the brand and we look forward to working with them in the future.”
Regional general managers Andy Jackman and Dale Bedwell recently attended the equestrian centre for the announcement about the sponsorship.
Dale, from Cirencester Mitsubishi, said: “We’re delighted to be able to continue our support of Rein & Shine. What they have achieved in a short space of time is very admirable and it’s wonderful for us to be part of it.
“The brand fits perfectly with Mitsubishi because of the history we have in the equine world.
“We’re looking forward to a successful relationship and we hope Rein & Shine will continue to flourish and grow as it has done so far.”
