Nissan unveils video games-inspired all-electric convertible
Nissan has unveiled a physical concept model of its Max-Out EV convertible as part of the Nissan Futures showcase, which runs until March 1.
The model was previously shown in virtual form as part of the Nissan Ambition 2030 vision announced in November 2021 under the Nissan Futures banner.
Nissan says its “ultra-lightweight” two-seater will offer a “liberating sense of openness” and “enhanced dynamic driving experience”.
Images show Tron-inspired interior neon lines, a cabin-width digital display, and a steering control that looks more like a games console controller than a traditional steering wheel.
Outside there are neon lights front and back and – if the images can be believed – hub caps that change colour.
