Mental health charity takes new premises in central Swindon

Mental health charity Mind has taken new premises in central Swindon in a deal brokered by property consultants Kilpatrick & Co.

Previously occupied by Subway, 42 Havelock Street has been let to the mental health charity for England and Wales.

The unit, of approximately 710 sq ft, is a mid-terrace ground floor shop, comprising an open plan retail area with a large display window.

Daniel Pitt of Kilpatrick & Co said. “We are delighted to have let 42 Havelock Street to Mind and to accommodate such a worthy charity.

“Kilpatrick & Co manages many of the shops and units along Havelock Street and we are looking forward to working with Mind and wish them every success in all the valuable work they do.”
