Creative agency Resolution delivers new branding and website for charity fundraising services provider Woods Valldata
Charity fundraising services provider Woods Valldata has undergone a full rebrand following a merger in 2018, with Devizes-based creative agency Resolution delivering the branding and new website.
The company was formed from the merger of Woods Group and Valldata. Based in Chippenham, the company offers outsourced fundraising services – including lotteries – to over 100 UK charities including Age UK, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, and St John’s Ambulance.
In 2022/23, it processed £175 million in payments and banked £36 million of prize-led income.
Helen Halahan, head of marketing and PR at Woods Valldata, said: “No other organisation offers the spectrum of services that we do, and whilst we have a multitude of clients, the supporter experience needs to be the same across the board.
“We need to represent how approachable we are in presenting the brand. We knew we had the right position conceptually and waited for the right time to launch.
“Resolution was behind us all the way to create a visual brand that reflected who we are as an organisation.”
The creative team at Resolution refreshed the website to improve the customer journey and developed a corporate identity harmonising with the business’s position and core values.
The agency continues to manage ongoing digital marketing activity, including Google ads, digital reports as well as exhibition and print materials, as Woods Valldata aims to keep most of its marketing under one roof.
Richard Jaggs, managing director at Resolution said: “This type of collaboration is what we are all about, providing fully integrated design and technical assistance to deliver first-class marketing for our clients.
“We have been supporting Woods Valldata since 2014. It’s been wonderful working with such a friendly and collaborative team who have their people and their customers at the heart of everything they do.”
