Homes for sale feed comes to property portal Wigwam
Property and lifestyle portal Wigwam has introduced a homes for sale feed on its website in a bid to become the go-to portal for people searching for properties in Swindon and the surrounding areas.
Wigwam was launched at the height of the pandemic in June 2000 as a quarterly glossy magazine supported by a website and comprehensive social media presence.
Issue 10 of the magazine, which will be published at the beginning of May, will feature an interview with The Apprentice finalist and pyjama designer Kathryn Burn, who comes from Swindon.
Meanwhile, the property feed is pulling homes for sale from estate agents across Swindon and the Cotswolds, complementing the editorial coverage of local developments, expert opinion from industry insiders, tips for first-time buyers, interior design guides, legal updates, mortgages and savings.
“We believe we are offering a cost-effective way for estate agents to market their properties to a very targeted audience,” said Wigwam publisher Nathan Sandhu.
“It is a way of offering extra value to our platform sponsors and moving forward we plan to incorporate properties onto the site from more and more estate agents.”
