Law firm reopens its doors and expands its Melksham office after lockdown

Law firm Goughs has reopened and expanded its Melksham office following lockdown, with three legal professionals on hand to offer face-to-face meetings to clients.

Ross Phillips is a partner and member of the family department, who thrives on obtaining favourable financial settlements for his clients and achieving a fair outcome for parents who may be having difficulties managing children’s arrangements with their ex-partners.

Maxine Coles specialises in private client work, specifically Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney, with much of her work being in elderly client care.

Maxine was drawn to this area of law having worked for social services, acting for clients in care homes, and dealing with Court of Protection applications.

Gemma Rodriguez-Molloy, a member of the residential property department, specialises in all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Help to Buy, new builds, and auction sales & purchases.

The Goughs office is located on Bath Road.
