Fast-growing outsource centre acquires equivalent in South Africa

Outsourced contact centre Woven has acquired a provider of outsourced services in South Africa.

The Swindon-based company has taken over Cape Town-based BYC Aqua Solutions. The South African company also has offices in Birmingham, and operates in Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Woven is a leading outsourced contact centre, customer management and BPO service provider. BYC Aqua Solutions specialises in outsourced quality, coaching and software solutions.
